Ingredients

  • 6 ounces canned crabmeat, drained, picked over, patted dry
  • 3 ounces bay shrimp, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs made from crustless French bread
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil
