Apricot-Pecan Upside-Down Cake

    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2/3 cup whole milk, room temperature
