Avocado Salsa


  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 medium Hass avocado
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
