14 oz Artichokes, hearts, with water, canned , rinsed, drained, sliced
1 cup whole milk
0.25 cup mayonnaise
0.25 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1 eggs
2 egg whites (or 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute)
0.75 cup reduced fat baking mix
