0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
0.5 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tbsp capers (optional)
1 tsp stoneground mustard (optional)
1 tbsp tahini (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
1 tbsp fresh tarragon , minced (cilantro, dill weed or basil - optional)
1 pinch hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 cup fresh watercress, chopped , fresh minced herbs, lemon slices or olives for garnish (optional)
