10 oz Bread, sourdough, 6' , sliced (or French)
0.25 cup chopped red bell peppers , or sliced into julienne strips (garnish)
4 fresh basil leaves , snipped (garnish)
0.5 tsp Cheese, parmesan, shredded , shaved (garnish)
