1 fresh avocado , peeled and sliced (about 1 3/4 cups)
0.33 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded (Parmigiano-Reggiano)
