0.33 cup walnut halves (or pieces)
2 large garlic cloves
4 oz arugula , rinsed and dried (equal to 4 cups loosely packed)
1 cup Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded
0.75 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp salt
