1 tablespoon vegetable oil, plus a small amount to oil grill

1 1/2 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup couscous

16 oz (1 can) Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained

3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
