3/4 cup water (cake)

1 cup Marshmallow Fluff or marshmallow creme (frosting)

4 oz Neufchatel 1/3- reduced-fat cream cheese (frosting)

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (frosting)

1/2 cup Confectioners` sugar (frosting)

1/2 teaspoon Instant coffee granules (frosting)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (frosting)
