Balsamic Broccoli With Kale, Cilantro & Apples

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups Broccoli, broken into pieces
  • 1 whole Apple, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 leaves Kale, chopped finely
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, stems removed, and chopped finely- about 1/2 cup
  • 2 cloves Garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil and Sun-Dried Tomato

Description

This Stuff Would Be Great Cold Or Hot And Is A Nice Way To Introduce Kale And Cilantro To Reluctant Kids.
