- 3 leaves Kale, chopped finely
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, stems removed, and chopped finely- about 1/2 cup
- 2 cloves Garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil and Sun-Dried Tomato

This Stuff Would Be Great Cold Or Hot And Is A Nice Way To Introduce Kale And Cilantro To Reluctant Kids.
