- 2 tablespoons Molasses
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- pinch Cinnamon
- Scallion, finely chopped, green parts only (or minced parsley)
