- 2 tablespoons Dark Rum, or brandy
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon, Fair Trade Certified
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Ground Ginger, Fair Trade Certified
- 2 1⁄2 ounces Dark Chocolate, Fair Trade Certified (Green & Black's Fair Trade Certified Maya Gold Bar), coarsely chopped
