- 2 cups Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Apple, green, peeled, cored and chopped
- 3⁄4 cup Raisins
- 5 Canned Green Olives with Pimiento
- 1⁄4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning, or ground sage, to taste
- Salt and Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
