- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Lime, for squeezing
- Hot Sauce, to taste
- 12 Tortillas, hand made corn or good quality pre-made organic
- 1 cup Cabbage, very finely sliced
- sprig Fresh Cilantro
- 1⁄2 cup Mayonnaise, organic
- 1⁄2 cup Sour Cream, organic
- 2 teaspoons Chipotle Chili Powder, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- Salsa, of your choice
- wedge Lime
- Avocado, fresh, diced
- Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- Radish, organic, thinly sliced marinated in lime juice and salt
- Red Chile Pepper, finely diced organic, or red bell pepper
- Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, sliced or chopped
- Mango, fresh organic, finely chopped
