  • 14 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 12 cups Dried Garbanzo Beans, sorted and rinsed
  • 1 pound Butternut Squash, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard, leaved and stems separated and roughly chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese, 1 piece rind, plus grated parmesan for topping (optional)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Lemon, wedges, for serving
  • Crusty Bread, for serving
