- 1⁄3 pound Deli Genoa Salami, sliced
- 1⁄3 pound Soppressata Sweet, sliced
- 1⁄3 pound Cappacola, sliced (hot cured pork shoulder)
- 1⁄4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 Sweet Cherry Peppers, hot or sweet
