Ingredients

  • 1 Bread, (12-inch) round or oval, crusty, chewy bread, such as tuscan-style or a sesame semolina
  • 14 ounces Roasted Red Peppers, 14-16 ou. jar
  • 14 ounces Canned Artichoke Hearts, quartered, drained
  • 12 pound Provolone, thinly sliced
  • 14 ounces Giardiniera, 14-16 ou jar, drained (giardiniera is a italian pickled salad of cauliflower, hot peppers and carrot found in international foods aisle of market)
  • 12 ounces Mixed Salad Greens, any variety
  • 12 cup Fresh Italian Parsley, couple of handfuls
  • 15 leaves Fresh Basil, torn (15-20 leaves)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
  • 13 pound Deli Genoa Salami, sliced
  • 13 pound Soppressata Sweet, sliced
  • 13 pound Cappacola, sliced (hot cured pork shoulder)
  • 14 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Sweet Cherry Peppers, hot or sweet
