Ingredients

  • 125 grams Butter, should be soft and easy to melt in the pan
  • 12 cup Sugar, approx. 90 grams
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour, approx.160g
  • 1 12 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3 Apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, (or margarine) to grease the trays
  • 2 tablespoons Dry Breadcrumbs
