  • 12 cup Raw hulled sunflower seeds
  • 14 cup Natural Sesame Seeds, Raw
  • 12 cup Walnut Halves, Raw
  • 14 cup Raisins
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked
  • 1 12 cups Grape Tomato, halfed
  • 1 12 cups Cucumber, sliced in thin half moons
  • 1 12 cups Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 12 cups Cauliflower Florettes, sliced thin
  • 1 12 cups Broccoli Crown, sliced thin
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, torn into 2 1/2 inch squares
  • 1 cup Carrots, peeled and sliced into very thing rounds.
  • 1 12 cups Alfalfa Sprouts
