  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • pinch chili pepper flakes
  • 12 cup Sake
  • 12 cup Soy Sauce, **use GF as necessary
  • 12 cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • dash red chili pepper flakes
  • 14 cup White Sugar
  • 3 pounds Salmon Fillet, skin-on (figure 1/3 to 1/2 pound per person)
