Ingredients

  • 14 pound Kosher Salt
  • 8 12 cups Water
  • 2 14 pounds Beef Brisket
  • 4 14 cups Water
  • 2 Dried Whole Bay Leaves
  • 3 Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 14 Onion, chopped
  • 14 Turnip, chopped
  • 14 pound Carrot, sliced
  • 14 teaspoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 14 pounds Potato, peeled and cubed
  • 14 Cabbage, quartered
  • 12 ounces Beer, good stout or dark ale

Description

There Are Two Ways To Cook The Brisket, Stovetop (3 1/2 Hours) Or In A Crockpot (9-11 Hours). I've Included Both Cooking Methods.
