Ingredients
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 stalks Celery
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Head, heads of garlic -- not cloves
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3⁄4 bottle Dry White Wine, can substitute red wine - tastes even better, but color is weird.
- 2 cartons Chicken Broth, or 2 quarts home-made. can substitute vegetable broth.
- 2 cups Water
- 3 tablespoons Dried Basil
- 3 tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 2 tablespoons Cumin
- Dried Herbs, use any dried green herbs that you like - to taste.
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Ginger, about 3-4" long finger of peeled and thinly sliced fresh ginger.
- 4 large Carrots
- 1 medium Sweet Potato, can substitute acorn or butternut squash.
- 1 bunch Broccoli, long stems are best - cut stems into 1" pieces
- 4 tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
- 1⁄2 Lemon, juice of half a lemon.
- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
