Famous Sick Soup (wellness Soup)

Ingredients

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Head, heads of garlic -- not cloves
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 34 bottle Dry White Wine, can substitute red wine - tastes even better, but color is weird.
  • 2 cartons Chicken Broth, or 2 quarts home-made. can substitute vegetable broth.
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 3 tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Cumin
  • Dried Herbs, use any dried green herbs that you like - to taste.
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Ginger, about 3-4" long finger of peeled and thinly sliced fresh ginger.
  • 4 large Carrots
  • 1 medium Sweet Potato, can substitute acorn or butternut squash.
  • 1 bunch Broccoli, long stems are best - cut stems into 1" pieces
  • 4 tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
  • 12 Lemon, juice of half a lemon.
  • Cayenne Pepper, to taste
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
