  • 1 loaf French Bread, cut into 1-inch cubes, staled (1lb)
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • *For Sauce Melt:
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • *Whisk In:
  • 12 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Spiced Rum or Apple Cider
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • *Stir In:
  • 12 cup Chopped Pecans, toasted
  • 12 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 teaspoon Lemon Juice
