Apricot Whip 1 1/2 cups dried apricots Boiling water 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans


Pour Boiling Water Over Apricots And Soak For About A Half Hour. Drain And Combine The Apricots With The Other Ingredients In A Food Processor. Process Until A Smooth Consistency Is Reached. Chill And Serve With Pecans Sprinkled
