Apple Crumb Cake 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1 apple, pared, quartered, cored and thinly sliced   Crumb Topping: 1/3 cup biscuit mix 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Preheat Oven To 400*F (205*C). Grease A 9 X 9 X 2-inch Square Pan. Set Aside. Combine Biscuit Mix And Sugar In A Large Bowl. Set Aside. In A Small Bowl, Beat Egg, Blend In Sour Cream And Lemon Peel. Add All At Once To Dry Mixture.
