Melt Butter In Sauce Pan. Add Bread Crumbs And Sauté To A Light Brown. Cook Asparagus In 1 Cup Boiling Water Until Tender. Drain. Sprinkle Bread Crumbs Over Asparagus, Top With Remaining Ingredients.
