Arizona Brown Rice Pilaf

Arizona Brown Rice Pilaf 4 cups chicken broth 4 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 3/4 cup brown rice 3/4 cup barley 1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro


Combine Chicken Broth, Butter And Garlic In Medium Saucepan; Bring To A Boil. Add Rice And Barley; Reduce Heat To Low. Cook For 40 To 45 Minutes Or Until Tender. Add Chiles, Pine Nuts And Cilantro. Let Stand, Covered, For 5 Minute
