Ingredients

1/2 gal. cooked rotini pasta
2 cups plum tomatoes, grilled, chopped
1 cup eggplant, grilled, chopped
1 cup yellow squash, grilled, chopped
1 cup zucchini, grilled, chopped
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, well drained, quartered
1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, diced
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, julienned
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
1/2 cup fresh flat leaf or Italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cup Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
1 cup Kraft Shredded Asiago
To taste salt and black pepper
