Ingredients

Crab & Shrimp Salad
2-2/3 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
1-1/4 cups plum tomatoes, small dice
2/3 cup poblano chiles, roasted, small dice
2/3 cup red bell peppers, roasted, small dice
2/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red onions, small dice
1/2 cup lime juice
4 tsp. lime zest
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
To taste salt and black pepper
5-1/3 cups jumbo lump crabmeat
5-1/3 cups peeled and deveined shrimp, griledl seasoned and medium dice
Roasted Corn & Jicama Salad
5-1/4 cups roasted corn
5-1/4 cups baby arugula
2-2/3 cups black beans, rinsed
1-1/2 cups jicama, julienned
1-1/2 cups carrots, julienned
1-1/4 cups plum tomatoes, small dice
2/3 cup roasted poblano chiles, small dice
To taste salt and black pepper
1 cup Spicy Mustard Vinaigrette
Salad Assembly
16 each avocados, peeled, cut in half
