1-1/2 qt. fennel, thinly shaved
1-1/2 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
1-1/2 qt. yellow peppers, julienned
1-1/2 qt. carrots, julienned
3 cups green onions, chopped
3 cups KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette
1-1/2 cups poblano chiles, roasted, medium dice
To taste salt and black pepper
1-1/2 cups avocados, medium dice
