800g-1kg easy carve boneless lamb leg
600g pumpkin, peeled and cut into large chunks
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup instant polenta
125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed and softened
2 tablespoons KRAFT* Grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Steamed baby carrots and asparagus, to serve
Gravy if desired, to serve
