1 can (14.75 oz.) or 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) traditional pack Alaska Salmon OR 2 cans or pouches (6 to 7.1 oz. each) skinless, boneless salmon

2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes in juice

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

cup chopped yellow or white onion

2 cloves fresh chopped garlic

1 fresh chopped jalapeo pepper

2 teaspoons dried oregano

teaspoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

8 oz. Fideo, angel hair or spaghetti pasta

Salt and pepper to taste

White cheese, as needed

Fresh chopped cilantro, as needed
