1 1/2 cups or 12 oz., Heavy cream, if desired*
4 1/2 gal. Prepared penne, mostaccioli or rigatoni past a, kept warm
1 1/2 cups or 3 oz., Romano or Parmesan cheese, shredded if desired
*Chicken or fish broth may be substituted.
