1/2 cup Anchovy paste

1/2 cup Garlic cloves, crushed

13 lb. Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

1 1/2 cups Capers, drained

6 cups Pitted black olives, quartered or halved

3 qt. or 3 lb., Alaska King Crab meat, shredded

1 1/2 cups or 12 oz., Heavy cream, if desired*

4 1/2 gal. Prepared penne, mostaccioli or rigatoni past a, kept warm

1 1/2 cups or 3 oz., Romano or Parmesan cheese, shredded if desired

*Chicken or fish broth may be substituted.
