2 ea. Zucchini, grated

6 oz. Fresh breadcrumbs

5 oz. Fresh herbs, parsley, chives, dill, finely chopped

10 1/2 lb. Alaska Cod fillets, cut 24, 7 oz. ea.

6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
