½ bunch watercress, trimmed
½ small head won bok, 2-inch pieces
6-8 oz. shirataki, konnyaku (elephant yam) or rice noodles
4 oz. enoki mushrooms, bottoms trimmed
4 c. favorite dashi (or chicken broth)
4 c. water
garnish: lemon wedges
Ponzu Dipping Sauce:
1/3 c. favorite dashi
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 TB rice wine vinegar
