8 tbsp Burgundy or other dry red wine 
8 tbsp Vegetable oil 
5 1/4 tbsp ginger, grated 
4 tbsp soy sauce 
4 tbsp Onion, minced 
2 Garlic cloves, minced 
1 Lemon juice 
2 tbsp honey 
1 1/2 tsp Salt 
1/2 tsp   Pepper 
1/8 tsp   ground red pepper 
1 cup Canned beef broth, diluted
