1 bunch Thai basil leaves
1 bunch mint leaves
1 small carrot, peeled, julienne
1 small cucumber, julienne
4 stalks green onions, chopped
Citrus Dipping Sauce:
2/3 c. water
2 TB patis (fish sauce)
2 TBÂ sugar
2 TB fresh lemon or lime juice
2 TB each sesame seed oil, toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. chili garlic paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium carrot, grated
1/2 medium cucumber, grated
