â¢1 8.4 oz packet of S&B brand Golden Curry Sauce Mix
â¢6 cups water
â¢1 large brown onion, cut into large chunks
â¢1 tablespoon peanut oil
â¢2 large carrots, peeled and cut into bite size chunks
â¢2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size chunks
â¢Steamed rice, to serve
â¢Japanese pickles, to serve
Chicken Katsu
â¢4-6 chicken thighs (boneless and butterflied), you may use chicken breasts if desired
â¢2 eggs, lightly beaten
â¢1/4 cup potato flour (can substitute with plain flour if desired)
â¢Salt & pepper to taste
â¢1 cup Japanese panko bread crumbs
â¢Peanut oil, for frying
