2 thin slices ginger, peeled, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB oyster sauce
1 TB Shaoxing wine
1/2 tsp. garlic chile sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sesame oil
Sauce:
1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
¼ - inch ginger, minced
3 tsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. salt
2 TB cornstarch mixed with 1/3 c. water
