¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
1 TB+1 TB butter
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 lb. Manila clams, rinsed
1 (6 oz.) can whole baby clams, with liquid
zest of 1 lemon
¼ c. Italian parsley, chopped
garnish: grated pecorino romano cheese
