Aunt Lillie's Lake Shore Dinner


1/2 lb Pork, cubed1/2 lb Beef, cubed1/2 lb Sharp Cheddar, grated1/2 lb Noodles, cooked & drained1 cn Cream of mushroom soup1 cn Cream of chicken soup1/2 c Water1/2 Green pepper, chopped1/2 cn Pimento (small can) drained1 tb OleoBrown meat using oleo. Remove meat from skillet and scrape skillet with 1/2 cup water, add water to other ingredient and mix. Add mixture to a pyrex dish and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat heat to 325 and bake for an additional 1 hour. Top with crushed potato chips
