Aunt Jane's Carrot Cake


2 cups self rising flour 1 1/2 cups oil 2 cups grated carrots 1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup pecans Grease and flour pans. Sift flour and cinnamon. Combine eggs, sugar and oil. Beat well. Add to flour mix. Beat well. Fold in remaining . Bake 1 hour in a preheated 325F oven. Allow to cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting
