Augratin Potatoes


4-6 large potatoes (peeled and sliced) 1 Tbsp. parsley 1 can skim evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. garlic powder salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Spray a baking dish with Pam. Layer 1/2 potatoes in bottom of dish. Top with 1/2 the onions, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and flour. Add remaining potatoes. Top with the remaining , then pour milk over all. Bake in a preheated 375F oven approximately an hour or until potatoes are tender
