Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 6 ounces high-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina), chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pitted fresh cherries (about 9 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup egg whites, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
