- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon very fine shreds of peeled ginger
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened slightly
