For whipped cream

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

For chocolate curls

  • 1 (3- to 4-inch-thick) chunk bittersweet chocolate
