1-2 teaspoons wasabi paste
Tabasco or other hot chilli oil/sauce, to taste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup whipping cream
Fresh Tomato Salsa:
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and very finely chopped
2 shallots/spring onions (whites and pale green parts only), finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil, coriander or mint
2 teaspoons fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
