Almond Puff


Almond Puff
Oven 350
cup margarine or butter softened
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. water
cup butter or margarine
1 cup water
1 tsp. almond extract
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine softened
1-1 tsp. almond extract
1-1 Tbsp warm water
Mix until smooth, spread over cooled puffs.
Chopped nuts. (I use walnuts.)
I have found that the food processor works well for the second mixture after adding the eggs.
