Ingredients

Cut paper liner before making the batter, but do not spray and line the pan
until the batter is ready: this will prevent the spray from pooling in the
bottom of the pan.
1 1/2 cups plus 1/4 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup plus 2 TBS confectioners sugar
4 Large egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp almond extract
non stick cooking spray
