For Cannelloni: 1 portion (4 ounces) homemade Pasta 5 cups fresh spinach or 1/2 of a 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed 3 or 4 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking oil 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese For Sauce: 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon margarine or butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon whipping cream 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
